Armed with a computer and a phone, you have to search potential candidates from job websites or through your own social networks.
Then you have to short list, interview and match the profile to the clients’ requirement and forward their resumes to us. All your communication with the candidate happens on phone or via emails. Once the candidate has finalized by the client you will be informed.
Employees from any function can work from home. Professionals with experience in a particular function such as sales, IT and media can become domain experts in these fields, hiring candidates and servicing clients from these areas.
