buses and trains to reach office on time. Welcome to
Talent From Home.
Today, one can work from home instead of working from
office. This is a new concept which has found acceptance
all over by both workers and employers. This makes
allowance for greater flexibility and balance between
work and personal needs.
How does it work?
You don’t have to be in a consultant’s office to connect
to people; you can do it from anywhere, even from home.
Dishing out hot jobs right from your SOHO (Small
Office, Home Office) – how does that sound for a
flexi-career?
Armed with a computer and a phone, you have to
search potential candidates from job websites or through
your own social networks.
Then you have to short list, interview and match the
profile to the clients’ requirement and forward their
resumes to us. All your communication with the candidate
happens on phone or via emails. Once the candidate has
finalized by the client you will be informed.
Employees from any function can work from home.
Professionals with experience in a particular function
such as sales, IT and media can become domain experts in
these fields, hiring candidates and servicing clients

Does Age Matter?
As far as the age of the employee is concerned,
there are no restrictions as long as a person has good
communication skills; he is eligible to work from home.
What do you need?
As a job / placement consultant, you need to put in
four to five hours a day, six days a week. Short listing
could happen even after the kids are asleep.
A personal computer with an Internet connection to
browse job websites is essential. The monthly Internet
and phone bill will cost you approximately Rs.1,500. A
laptop gives you further flexibility to work while you
travel.
How much can one make?
There's no fixed income. It varies from Rs. 3,000 to
Rs. 40,000 per month depending on successful closures.
More senior positions closed mean more moolah in the
purse!

Portal (provided) and social networks.
Fill in the Application Form and Agreement signed and
couriered back to Morpheus Consulting.
Cheque or DD of Rs. 2,500/- as registration Fee (one time
and non refundable admission fees) in favour of "Morpheus
Human Consulting Pvt. Ltd"

Why am I charged Enrolment Fees..?
We would be providing Job Portal ID & passwords
which would easily cost us 3000 to 4000 rupees depend on
the volume we order. Also, we would be providing with an
Email ID & passwords which again would cost us some
money. There would be a team of co-ordinators who would
provide chat support and email support for your job
orders.
